Linking employee satisfaction to business results

This work serves as the starting point for human resource and business leaders who struggle to identify and to communicate the value of investing in assessing and improving work environments to increase levels of employee satisfaction. As the pace of change increases and the availability to resources decreases in most organizations, this study provides a way for leaders to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives that might result in both increased levels of employee satisfaction and indices used to measure business success.
